On Wednesday evening Andrew Annett led home the field of 150 runners finishing 1st in 31:54.
Fivemiletown 5 Mile Trail Race
On Friday evening Conan McCaughey set the pace taking 1st place in 27:01.
Prosecco Run 5k
Atlas Running hosted the inaugural Prosecco 5k Run in Castle Ward on Friday evening, several Harriers made the trip down for a scenic race and glass of bubbles. Results are not yet posted.
AAI Masters Athletics Championships
Well done to Jim McClean, Bill McMullen and David Clarke in Saturdays Irish Masters Track and Field. Jim won gold in the shot put M70 category, Bill took bronze in the M85 category and David Clarke took silver in the 800m and gold in the 1500m in the M55 category.
Born 2 Run Dambusters Half Marathon
Louise Smith took top honours in the ladies race and placed just outside the top ten overall with 1:27:47 in Saturdays event at Silent Valley. Terence McAtamney finished in 1:54:22, Thomas Norton ran 2:06:04 whilst Rosy Ryan and Philip McIlwrath both completed the half marathon in 3:33:46.
Carmoney Hill 5K Trail Race
Philip Goss continued his pursuit of podium places in the Leg-It Events Series by placing 3rd in 22:14 on Sunday morning.
Run Connswater 10k & 5k
Sunday afternoon saw the running of the two races in East Belfast. Several Harriers made the trip across town for the events.
Stairway To Heaven
Thomas McKinstry raced up the steps and boardwalk stairway to the top of Cuilcagh Mountain on Sundays Atlas Running event in Fermanagh. He reached the fog covered peak in 49:38.
