Fri 2nd August Carnlough Quarry 5k
Starting at the heart of the village, runners travel up a concrete lane for under a mile where they hit the quarry with its loose limestone paths underfoot. This is where the real climbing starts with epic views of the coastline. From here runners descend down the other side of the Quarry and out onto the Largy Road, with a short out and back before having a fast descent into the heart of the village under one of the iconic limestone bridges to the finish line.
